MyRevel Returns Policy

You have 14 calendar days to return your item(s) if you wish to do so. This starts from the day you have received your full order.

If you wish to no longer receive your order, please email us at sales@myrevel.co.uk and we will refund your money. Please allow 3-5 working days to be reimbursed.

Items may be returned for other reasons such as faulty goods. These terms are stated in the next paragraph.

Faulty Goods

Please return your item(s) to us within 14 days after finding the fault. You can find out how to do this under How to Return further down the page.

Our terms are simple when it comes to returning/exchanging…

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Items must have all tags attached.

How to Return/Exchange

Unfortunately, We cannot offer free returns at this moment. We apologise for the inconvenience but we are working on this for the near future.

All returns are quality checked – items should be returned in a new and unused condition with labels attached and wherever possible sent back in the original packaging. Refunds will not be given if they do not comply with our returns policy.
